We accept online payments from PayPal. We reserve the right to amend prices otherwise stated. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges as quoted on the delivery page of the website and also on your order confirmation. International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Unique Ella ltd has no control over these charges.

Once the item has been dispatched, you may return the item in its unused condition and in the original packaging at your own expense unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
